Key Ingredients

See the recipe card for quantities.

  • Orange juice: I highly recommend fresh squeezedΒ·
  • Condensed milk: Makes this Easter Spritz yummy and dessert-like.
  • Cointreau or triple sec: I used Cointreau in mine.
  • Vanilla Extra: Always go for pure vanilla extract over imitationΒ·
  • Prosecco: Or sparkling white wine of choice. I used La Marca Prosecco..
  • Marshmallow and pink sugar sprinkles: for bunny ear garnish.

Substitutions & Variations

  • Liqueur swap: If you don’t have Cointreau or triple sec, you can use Grand Marnier or even extra orange juice.
  •  Bubbly swap: Prosecco is my top choice but you can substitute with champagne, cava or any sparkling wine you have on hand.
  • Mocktail version: Replace prosecco with non-alcoholic prosecco (I love Mionetto) and sub Cointreau for extra orange juice.
  •  Less sweet version: Reduce the condensed milk slightly and add some club soda.

How to Make an Easter Bunny Spritz

Step 1: Draw a bunny face on a wine glass. Cut a marshmallow in half diagonally, dip the sticky sides in pink sprinkles and make a small slit in the back of each to make ears.

Step 2: Add orange juice, condensed milk, Cointreau and vanilla extract to the glass; stir to combine.

Step 3: Fill with ice, top with prosecco and stir gently.

Step 4: Attach the marshmallow β€œears” to the rim and sip your Easter spritz!

Easter Bunny Spritz FAQs

Will the condensed milk curdle with the citrus?

It shouldn’t if you stir the ingredients well before adding the prosecco and serve right away. Using fresh juice and keeping everything cold helps maintain a smooth texture.

What can I use instead of condensed milk in this Easter spritz?

Try half-and-half or a splash of cream. For dairy-free, use coconut condensed milk or another plant-based alternative.

How do I keep thisΒ Easter Spritzfrom being too sweet?

Reduce the amount of condensed milk slightly or add a bit of club soda along with the prosecco to balance the sweetness.
