For bunny presentation: Draw a bunny face on a wine glass with a permanent marker. Cut a marshmallow in half diagonally. Dip the exposed sticky sides of the marshmallow halves into pink sugar sprinkles to create bunny ears. Cut a small slit in the back of each piece.
To the wine glass, add orange juice, condensed milk, Cointreau and pure vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Fill the glass with ice. Add prosecco and stir.
Place the marshmallow bunny ears on the glass.

Prep ahead for a group: Mix the orange juice, condensed milk, Cointreau and vanilla ahead and keep it chilled. Add your ice and prosecco just before serving for the best bubbles.
Make it a mocktail: Replace prosecco with non-alcoholic prosecco (I love Mionetto) and sub Cointreau for extra orange juice.
