Tips for Making a Summer White Sangria
- Adjust the quantity of simple syrup depending on the sweetness of your wine. You can always start with less simple syrup and add more after you refrigerate it and the flavors have had time to develop.
- Chill in the fridge for 1-8 hours. 1-4 if you’re in a time crunch and 5-8 for bolder flavors.
- Use larger ice cubes. Larger ice cubes take longer to melt so the sangria will stay fresher and less watered down longer.
- If you want to make your summer sangria seasonal, swap the fruit for other seasonal fruit; apples, pears, cranberries in the fall; oranges & kiwi in the winter; or blueberries and apricots in the spring.
