Key Ingredients
See the recipe card for quantities.
- Passion Fruit: Fresh passion fruit is amazing in this recipe but in a pinch you can also use bottled passion fruit juice. Bottled passion fruit juice is often a blend with other juices, so you may need to use a little more to achieve the same intensity as fresh passion fruit.
- Aperol: For the most perfect, slightly bitter taste in your Easter cocktail.
- Prosecco: Make sure it’s perfectly chilled when you make your recipe.
- Sparkling Water: To top up the Easter Spritz with more fizz!

Substitutions & Variations
- Aperol swap: Switch the Aperol for Campari for a more bitter taste in your Easter Cocktail.
- Prosecco alternative: Use any sparkling wine you have on hand like cava or champagne.
- Passion fruit swap: If fresh passion fruit isnβt available, use bottled passion fruit juice. Pineapple juice or orange juice would also work.
- Less sweet version: Add extra sparkling water and reduce the amount of Aperol.
- Mocktail version: Swap prosecco for non-alcoholic prosecco or sparkling water and Aperol for pomegranate or cranberry juice or a non-alcoholic aperitif.
- Garnish variations: Trade the carrot ribbons for orange slices, passion fruit shells or fresh herbs like mint or basil.
