I partnered with Shipt to mix up the Hydrating Peach Lemonade recipe! Recipe and ideas are my own.

During pregnancy and postpartum, I’m always craving something refreshing and hydrating. This hydrating peach lemonade punch checks both boxes. The ripe and juicy peaches not only are delicious but they smell amazing. The fresh-squeezed lemon adds acidity and combines well with the sweet honey. It’s perfect for hot summer days—and all natural.
The addition of coconut water adds a dose of electrolytes to replenish and hydrate—whether you’re pregnant, post postpartum, or just soaking up some sun!
Recipe Ingredients
See the recipe card for quantities.
- Peaches: Always use ripe and fresh peaches, never canned. Peaches with a soft give are the ripest. Save 1 peach and slice it for garnish.
- Lemon juice: Always use fresh squeezed.
- Water: Use bottled or filtered water for best results.
- Honey: I recommend using 100% pure honey. We used Local Hive Honey.
- Coconut water: You’ll want to use 100% pure coconut water without any added ingredients.
- Sparkling Water: This recipe calls for plain sparkling water but you can use a flavored option like lemon or peach. LaCroix has some great options.
- Mint & Chamomile: Use fresh mint leaves and chamomile for garnish as desired.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can add your favorite spirit like vodka, rum, or bourbon to the peach lemonade for a boozy peach lemonade cocktail.
Fresh, ripe peaches are definitely best, but you can substitute the fresh peaches for thawed frozen peaches. I do not recommend canned peaches for this recipe. If peaches aren’t in season or you don’t have any on hand, you can use bottled peach puree. I recommend choosing one with no added sugars.
