The Peach Kombucha Float

Now is the perfect time to enjoy all your favorite ice cream treats, and the Peach Kombucha Float should definitely be on that list! Combining the best of both worlds – dessert and a drink for a peachy, creamy, fruity float of fun!

For the Peach Kombucha Float, I used only 3 ingredients, so it’s super easy to create and even easier to enjoy. P.S this float does not include any alcohol but you can totally add some in if you desire. Find out what I used to make the Peach Kombucha Float and enjoy one this summer!

What’s a Float?

A float is a fun way to enjoy a drink and dessert. My fondest memories of floats were definitely Root Beer Floats in the summertime as a kid. They were an easy treat to enjoy and of course, so tasty.

You can get as creative as you want when crafting your own float. I made mine non-alcoholic and with only 3 ingredients, but you can also make yours boozy like this Raspberry Rose Champagne Float. Additionally, you don’t have to use ice cream, but if you opt to use only sorbet just remember to enjoy this treat quickly because it will melt fast!

Ingredients for the Peach Kombucha Float

  • Peach sorbet: The main ingredient in this cocktail is peach sorbet – it’s refreshing, light, and smooth. I picked up some from my local grocery store, I used Open Nature Peach Sorbet, but I also recommend this Frozen Farmer Peach Sorbet
  • Kombucha: To get that float effect you’ll want to add something bubbly. I kept this drink non-alcoholic, so I used ginger kombucha, but you can also substitute this for Prosecco or Sparkling Wine if you wanted to make it boozy
  • Vanilla ice cream: Top this delicious treat with your favorite brand of vanilla ice cream. I used Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Peach slices and mint sprig: Complete this cocktail with a peach fan and a sprig of mint, if desired.

How to Make the Peach Kombucha Float

This recipe could not be any easier and it’s only 3-ingredients! Grab your ice cream scoop and let’s put the Peach Kombucha Float together. 

Start by adding the peach sorbet to a glass (I added 2 scoops). Next, pour the kombucha over the sorbet. The sorbet and kombucha will begin to fizz, leave some space at the top and lastly, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If desired, garnish with a peach fan and sprig of mint, and enjoy immediately!

  • Tall glass
  • Ice cream scooper
  • Citrus juicer optional


  • 2 scoops peach sorbet
  • ½ cup fruit kombucha (I used ginger kombucha)
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Garnish: Peach, mint


  • Add peach sorbet to a glass. Pour kombucha over the sorbet.
  • Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If desired, garnish with a peach fan and mint.
