Peach Kombucha Float
This Peach Kombucha Float is made with peach sorbet, kombucha, and vanilla ice cream for a delicious summertime dessert and drink.
Equipment
- Tall glass
- Ice cream scooper
- Citrus juicer optional
Ingredients
- 2 scoops peach sorbet
- ½ cup fruit kombucha (I used ginger kombucha)
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Garnish: Peach, mint
Instructions
- Add peach sorbet to a glass. Pour kombucha over the sorbet.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If desired, garnish with a peach fan and mint.
