How To Make This Cocktail Really Shine

Using a premium spirit is the key to making your cocktails taste amazing, and Empress 1908 Gin happens to be one of my favorites! Not only does it boast a gorgeous and unique color, but the flavor is very subtle and botanical-forward making it a great gin to mix with your favorite ingredients. Empress 1908 Gin is created with a blend of 8 botanicals, but the butterfly pea blossom is what gives this spirit its special color. Ingredients for the Peach Empress Sparkler

  • Peach juice: store-bought peach juice brings the sweet summer flavors forward in this cocktail
  • Empress 1908 Gin: This specialty gin is micro-distilled in small batch copper-pot stills using eight botanicals for an easy-to-sip spirit and wonderful addition to this cocktail.
  • Lemon: squeeze in some lemon juice to give this cocktail the light pinkish hue and a hint of citrus flavor.
  • Simple syrup: add in some simple syrup to make this cocktail a little bit sweeter. I used Stirrings Simple Syrup
  • Sparkling rosé: for this cocktail, I used Mumm Napa Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine but you could also use Prosecco for a less sweet option.
  • Garnish: top this cocktail with a peach wedge and an edible flower for a gorgeous finish.
