What’s a Paloma?
A Paloma is a tequila-based cocktail similar to a margarita but with a few differences. A Paloma is made with grapefruit juice or grapefruit soda, and it tends to be less sweet due to the grapefruit juice which can be slightly tart.
This exciting libation derives from Mexico and includes only a few ingredients, but don’t be fooled this cocktail can pack a punch and balances beautifully for a great summertime sipper.
I really enjoy a Paloma (especially during the summer months) because it’s a combination of bright, bold flavors that can be mixed together in under a minute.
