Peach Empress Sparkler
This Peach Empress Sparkler is made with Empress 1908 Gin, peach juice, lemon, simple syrup, and sparkling rosé for a sweet, bubbly, and refreshing peach cocktail.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup peach juice
- 1½ oz Empress Gin
- Half lemon juiced
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz sparkling rosé
- Garnish: peach, edible flowers
Instructions
- Add peach juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add Empress Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.
- Double strain the cocktail mixture into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling rosé.
- If desired, garnish with peach slices and edible flowers.
