Recipe Ingredients
See the recipe card for quantities.
- Chilled hibiscus tea: You can use any pure hibiscus tea. For this recipe we used Traditional Medicinals.
- Mint sprigs: Always use fresh mint leaves, never dried.
- Lime juice: Fresh squeezed lime juice is always recommended over bottled lime juice.
- Mango juice: I recommend 100% juice or fresh mango juice. You can do this by placing pitted and peeled mangoes in a food processor, blender, or juicer.
- Club soda: Any club soda will work. You can also use sparkling water as a substitute.
- Outshine Fruit Blends Tropical Punch Bars: You can use these popsicles as a garnish. Although they are not crucial to the drink, they are so fun and yummy for summer. You can find these popsicles at many grocery stores or retailers or order them online.ย
- Lime: Use for garnish if desired. Find a dark green lime without any blemishes.
- Hibiscus flowers: Use for garnish if desired.

Tips for Making a Mango Mojito Mocktail
- Add the hibiscus tea last once your drinks are assembled. This allows for a pretty, layered presentation. If presentation isnโt a priority, you can add it straight into the pitcher.
- If you prefer sparkling water over club soda, feel free to substitute with plain or citrus-flavored sparkling water.
