Non-Alcoholic Witch’s Brew Mojito Punch (Halloween Punch with Sherbet)
My dad always mixed up sherbet punch when I was a kid so this Witch’s Brew Mojito Punch is such a fun, nostalgic recipe for me! I wanted to put a twist on the classic sherbet punch, so I made a mojito-inspired punch that is super fun and festive for Halloween. If you wanted some more spirited Halloween options, try the Halloween Mimosa with DIY Ghost Cotton Candy Glitter Bomb, Blood Orange & Wine Sour Cocktail, or Spooky Sangria!
I brewed this with homemade mint syrup, fresh lime juice, and club soda to keep it light and refreshing. Topped with Great Value’s Monster Eyeballs and Monster Lab Sprinkle Mix, this Halloween Lime Sherbet Punch is the perfect batch drink to please a crowd of ghosts and goblins!
Feel free to add your favorite rum or vodka for an adult twist. A white rum would work best for the mojito theme.
Can I use a different flavored sherbet?
While I recommend lime to complement the mojito flavors, feel free to try it with other flavors like orange, lemon, or raspberry.
What’s the best way to prep this ahead of time?
Pre-scoop the sherbet in muffin tins and make the mint syrup ahead of time. Assemble the punch just before serving so the sherbet stays frozen and club soda is fizzy.

Halloween Punch with Sherbet
Brew up this non-alcoholic Witch’s Brew Mojito Punch for the perfect Halloween drink with all the spookiness and none of the spirits! Featuring homemade mint syrup, fresh lime juice, club soda, and Great Value Monster Eyes and Monster Lab Sprinkle Mix.
Scoop 8 scoops of lime sherbet and freeze until ready to serve.
Add the remaining sherbet to a punch bowl. Add club soda, mint syrup and lime juice. Stir to combine.
Add frozen scoops of sherbet, lime slices, Monster Eyeballs and Monster Lab Sprinkle Mix.
Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
For the Mint Syrup
Combine water, sugar and mint leaves in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool while mint steeps for around 30 minutes.
Strain syrup into a jar, discarding mint. Optionally, add green food coloring until desired color is reached.
