Ingredients

For the Punch

  • 1 tub (1.5-qt) lime sherbet, divided
  • 8 cups club soda
  • 1/4 cup mint syrup
  • 4 limes (3 juiced,1 sliced)
  • Great Value Monster Eyeballs
  • Great Value Monster Lab Sprinkle Mix
  • Mint, for serving

Mint Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: Green food coloring

Instructions

For the Punch

  • Scoop 8 scoops of lime sherbet and freeze until ready to serve.
  • Add the remaining sherbet to a punch bowl. Add club soda, mint syrup and lime juice. Stir to combine.
  • Add frozen scoops of sherbet, lime slices, Monster Eyeballs and Monster Lab Sprinkle Mix.
  • Garnish with mint and serve immediately.

For the Mint Syrup

  • Combine water, sugar and mint leaves in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool while mint steeps for around 30 minutes.
  • Strain syrup into a jar, discarding mint. Optionally, add green food coloring until desired color is reached.
