If you’re participating in Sober October, this Rosemary Pear Mocktail needs to be on your zero proof rotation with my Pomegranate Mocktail Sour, Hot & Sleepy Girl Mocktail, and Citrus Basil Smash Mocktail! I love using seasonal produce in my cocktails and mocktails, so fresh pears were the perfect fall fruit to highlight in this drink.
This pear mocktail is also a great option for batching if you’re hosting or attending a party for a non-alcoholic option. I juiced fresh pears here. If you decide to opt for store bought pear juice, adjust the honey depending on your sweetness preference. If you’re craving this as a cocktail, a shot of gin or vodka would work great in this drink.

A firm pear works best for juicing. I recommend Anjou, Bosc, or Bartlett. Find pears that are slightly soft to the touch, but not mushy.
Blend pears with water and strain through a fine mesh strainer if you don’t have a juicer. Store bought pear juice also works in this mocktail, just be sure to taste it first because it can sometimes be sweeter than fresh. Adjust the addition of honey according to your sweetness preference.
While I recommend rosemary because it complements the pear perfectly, feel free to try thyme or mint instead.
