Recipe Ingredients
See the recipe card for quantities.
- Vodka: A smooth, quality vodka like Tito’s or Kettle One will work great for this recipe.
- Prosecco: A great Prosecco I always have handy is Mionetto. Make sure you chill it for at least 2 hours before serving. Sparkling wine works great too.
- Pear juice: For this recipe, I used bottled 100% pear juice. You don’t want a brand with added sugars. If you have a juicer or blender, you can use fresh pear juice.
- Lemon juice: I always recommend fresh squeezed when mixing up cocktails.
- Honey syrup: You can make this ahead of time with 1 part water and 1 part honey. Simple syrup, agave or maple syrup also work. Just adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Pumpkin pie spice: You can find pumpkin pie spice at your local grocer. Cinnamon also works!
- Pear: Slice a few pieces for garnish, if desired
- Cinnamon stick, star anise, rosemary: Use for garnish if desired.
