To a cocktail shaker - Add pear juice, vodka, lemon juice, honey syrup, pumpkin pie spice and ice. Shake until well chilled.
Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Strain cocktail mixture into glass. Top with prosecco. If desired, garnish with a pear slice, rosemary, cinnamon stick and star anise.

Adjust to your taste before straining.
Chill your prosecco for least 2 hours for peak crispness.
