This Rosemary Pear Mocktail is for my fall mocktail girlies! Made with freshly juiced pear, rosemary, lemon juice, sparkling water, and honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pear juice (I made fresh with the Ventray Ginnie Juicer)
  • 1 sprig rosemary, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • Lemon sparkling water
  • Pear slice, for garnish

Instructions

  • Tear rosemary sprig and add to a cocktail shaker with lemon juice and honey. Muddle until the honey is dissolved. Add pear juice and ice and shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. If desired, garnish with a pear slice and rosemary.
