2ozpear juice (I made fresh with the Ventray Ginnie Juicer)
1sprigrosemary, plus more for garnish
1/2ozlemon juice
1/2tbsphoney
Lemon sparkling water
Pear slice, for garnish

Instructions
Tear rosemary sprig and add to a cocktail shaker with lemon juice and honey. Muddle until the honey is dissolved. Add pear juice and ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. If desired, garnish with a pear slice and rosemary.
