Non-Alcoholic Fall Hugo Spritz (Sparkling Apple Mocktail)
I wanted to do a fall twist on a Hugo Spritz mocktail, and I thought that tart apple would pair perfectly with mint and elderflower. I was right. This mocktail turned out SO good! It’s super bright and fresh. This recipe would work really well as a Thanksgiving mocktail.
I chose Granny Smith apples because I wanted a tart apple for this Hugo spritz mocktail recipe. I think Honeycrisp apples would also work well. This drink takes minutes to make, so pop it onto your to-do list.
Then, pop some mint leaves and apple slices into a stemless wine glass. Gently muddle the two together. Muddle enough to release juices from the apple but not enough to break the mint down.
Next, add ice to a glass. Pour in the elderflower cordial, the club soda, and non-alcoholic prosecco and give it a stir.
Top with apple, some extra mint, and a cinnamon stick.
