This is the perfect fall sip: a non-alcoholic Hugo spritz made with fresh apple, mint, elderflower, and cinnamon flavors. Alcohol-free prosecco and club soda add the fizz to this fall mocktail.

Ingredients

mint sprig
plus more for garnish

apple slices
plus more for garnish (I recommend a granny smith or other tart apple)
1/2
oz
elderflower cordial or syrup

oz
non-alcoholic prosecco

oz
club soda
Cinnamon stick
for garnish
Instructions
Add mint leaves and apple slices to a stemless wine glass and gently muddle.
Fill glass with ice. Add elderflower cordial, non-alcoholic prosecco and club soda. Stir.
If desired, garnish with apple, mint and a cinnamon stick.
