Love Potion Cocktail with Galentine’s Themed Bar Setup

With sips of this pretty Love Potion Cocktail, you’ll toast to the love shared with your favorite people. This festive Valentine’s Day cocktail is made with cotton candy, prosecco, chambord and white cranberry juice.

I love that, for a small crowd, this whole setup takes me under 30 minutes to assemble – perfect for an after-work get-together or as last-minute plans.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Chambord: I am absolutely into this luscious black raspberry liqueur with its vanilla and honey notes. It’s incredibly smooth and makes the perfect liqueur base for this Galentine’s Day cocktail.
  • White cranberry juice: I found white cranberry strawberry juice but white cranberry peach would work as well!
  • Pink edible glitter: I can’t resist adding this to give the Valentine’s cocktail its shimmering look, totally on theme.
  • Mini sparkling white wine bottles: Lamarca makes adorable minis, perfect for the cocktail bar setup here.
  • Strawberries: These make an easy and pretty garnish.

Sipping Tips & FAQs

Dissolve the magic: Start with a little demonstration of making the Galentine’s Day cocktail. Pour the Chambord and juice mixture slowly over the cotton candy for a bit of drama.

Serve chilled: Make sure the sparkling wine and juice mixture are well-chilled so the Valentine’s cocktail is really refreshing.

Can I make this cocktail alcohol-free?

Absolutely! Swap Chambord with raspberry syrup and use sparkling water or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine as a bubbly swap.

Make Ahead and Storage Notes

You can prepare the Chambord and juice mixture up to 24 hours in advance and store it in heart-shaped jars.

Garnishes like heart-shaped strawberries can be prepped the same day and kept in the fridge. Add the cotton candy right before serving to keep it fluffy.
