Ingredients for the Berry Besties Spritzer

  • Strawberries: cut up your preferred brand of strawberries and muddle them in your cocktail shaker. Don’t forget to save a strawberry or two for your garnish.
  • Meyer lemon: I like Meyer lemon for this recipe because they’re a little less tart.
  • Elderflower liqueur: add in a splash of elderflower liqueur, I used the brand St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • Rosewater: add in a few drops of rosewater to create floral notes.
  • Sparkling water: Top this tipple with a splash of sparkling water. I used LaCroix but you could also substitute this for your preferred sparkling water brand.
  • Pink Peppercorns: this cocktail is topped with a sprinkle of pink peppercorns which you can find in the spice aisle at your local grocery store.
  • Strawberries, edible flowers: garnish with strawberries (I used a cocktail pick to hold them together) and an edible flower. I like pansies or hibiscus.
