Crafting a cocktail with this mix it SO easy! All you have to do is add your favorite tequila and ice and blend that baby up! Take your margaritas to the next level and purchase a bottle on Amazon, Walmart, or from your local supermarket nationwide. Don’t forget to try the Mango Mix too (this can be used in lieu of the Lime Mix as well). Enjoy!

Ingredients for the Margaritaville Frozen Marg

  • Margaritaville Margarita Mix: This is a go-to mix for my margaritas. It’s light, bright, and tastes just right blended down or shaken up.
  • Tequila: You can’t have a margarita without tequila! Add your preferred tequila to this recipe. I like using blanco tequila for my margaritas, so I recommend using Espolòn Tequila Blanco or Don Julio Blanco for a higher-quality tequila option.
  • Ice: for a frozen margarita, make sure to add in ice with the tequila and margarita mix, this will of course give it the icy consistency. I used about 2 cups for this recipe.
  • Sea salt: mix together some sea salt into a shallow dish along with the citrus zest and rim your glass with the mixture. Any brand of sea salt will work, but I like Maldon Sea Salt Flakes the best!
  • Lime zest: I used a lime and hand-held citrus zester to gather about a tablespoon of lime zest.
  • Orange zest: I used an orange and hand-held citrus zester to gather about a tablespoon or two of orange zest. This will give the cocktail a pop of color too!
  • Lime round, mint sprig, edible flower: for a finished look, garnish this frozen margarita with a lime round, mint spring, and edible flower if desired.
