Key Ingredients

See the recipe card for quantities.

  • Pineapple coconut juice: A juice made from pineapple and coconut. It’s typically sold bottled in the juice aisle (not refrigerated) at most grocery stores and specialty markets. Look for 100% juice. Brands like Langers and RW Knudsen both make good options.
  • Lime juice: Always fresh squeezed!
  • Coconut water: This lightens the drink and adds natural hydration.
  • Agave syrup: It’s super smooth and has a natural sweetness that blends easily into the mocktail. Simple syrup and honey syrup would also work.
  • Orange bitters: Adds citrus complexity.
