turned the creamy lemonade trend into my favorite spritz using my homeade limoncello & gifted @wonderfulseedlesslemons 🍋💛 She’s citrusy, sweet, & bubbly for a perfect Sunday afternoon delight ✨

CREAMY LEMONADE SPRITZ (makes 1)
◻️ 1 small lemon (or 1/2 large lemon), cut into wedges
◻️ 1 oz limoncello
◻️ 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
◻️ 3 oz prosecco, chilled
◻️ Thyme, dehydrated lemon and edible flowers, for garnish

1. Add lemon wedges to a cocktail glass and muddle firmly to release the juice.
2. Add limoncello and condensed milk. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Top with prosecco and stir to combine.
4. If desired, garnish with thyme, dehydrated lemon and edible flowers.

BLACK CHERRY HYDRATOR (makes 2)
◻️ 1/2 small cucumber, chopped
◻️ 2 limes, juiced
◻️ 1 cup coconut water
◻️ 3/4 oz maple syrup
◻️ Pinch salt (such as Himalayan pink salt)
◻️ Sparkling water
◻️ 3 oz black cherry juice
◻️ 2 Outshine Black Cherry Fruit Bars
◻️ Cucumber ribbon and edible flower, for garnish

1. To a blender, add cucumber, lime juice, coconut water, maple syrup and salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Fill 2 glasses with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz of black cherry juice to each glass, followed by a splash of sparkling water.
3. Using a fine mesh strainer, divide the cucumber mixture between the glasses.
4. Serve each with an Outshine Black Cherry Fruit Bar. If desired, garnish with a cucumber ribbon and edible flower.

BLUEBERRY & GINGER WINE SOUR (makes 1)
◻️ 2 1/2 oz white wine (I used Sauvignon Blanc)
◻️ 3/4 oz blueberry ginger syrup
◻️ 3/4 oz lemon juice
◻️ 1 egg white
◻️ Blueberries and edible flowers, for garnish

1. To a cocktail shaker, add white wine, blueberry ginger syrup, lemon juice and egg white. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously until foamy.
2. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
3. Strain into a coupe glass (see note). If desired, garnish with blueberries and edible flowers.

Aperol, passion fruit, and prosecco combine for a quick and easy spritz that’s perfectly bubbly & balanced ✨

HOPPY HOUR SPRITZ (makes 1)
◻️ 2 fresh passion fruit (or 3/4 oz passion fruit juice)
◻️ 1 1/2 oz Aperol
◻️ 3-4 oz prosecco
◻️ Splash of sparkling water
◻️ Carrot ribbons and greens, for garnish

1. Cut the passion fruit in half. Reserve the seeds and pulp from one half. Strain the juice from the remaining passion fruit into a wine glass.
2. Fill the wine glass with ice. Add Aperol, prosecco and sparkling water. Stir to combine. Top the drink with the seeds and pulp from the reserved passion fruit.
3. If desired, garnish with carrot ribbons and carrot greens.
