The Pumpkin Spice Cocktail is all about simplicity. This easy-to-make libation can be mixed together in under 5 minutes, so you have more time to relax and socialize because let’s be honest, planning holiday parties and gatherings can be stressful enough, especially if you’re the one hosting. To keep your cocktail menu simple, whip up the Pumpkin Spice Cocktail quickly. Use these ingredients to create it:
If you’re needing a cocktail that is delicious and can be put together in just a few minutes, then you’re in the right place. Start by adding the vodka, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, lemon juice, and cream soda to a cocktail glass and whisk together until everything is blended well.
Next, fill the same cocktail glass with ice. You’ll top it with a splash of club soda. Lastly, add your garnish to the top. For this recipe, I used a rosemary sprig, a cinnamon stick and star anise, but get as creative as you would like and have some fun with the garnish.
I recommend serving this cocktail immediately. The purée may begin to settle, so it would be cute to serve with a stirrer or swizzle stick
