New York Sour Fizz

This New York Sour Fizz recipe post was made in partnership with Risata Wines. Recipe and ideas are my own.

It’s finally the weekend and it’s time for a cocktail. So, If you’re looking to jazz up your Friday night, then you have to try the New York Sour Fizz!

Lately, I’ve been craving something a little sweet and a little tart. The New York Sour is a classic cocktail that checks both of these cravings off my list. This riff is also a personal favorite of mine because of the unbelievable taste.

I’ve teamed up with Risata Wines who provided me with a delicious bottle of their Risata Raven, a semi-sweet Red Blend. The Risata Raven is a deliciously bold wine with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and currant.

This brand features an amazing selection of premium products including Moscato d’Asti, Prosecco, and Sparkling Rosé. I especially love their collection because it’s sourced from the finest vineyards in Italy – which speaks to my Italian roots! So, if you’re looking to sip on a new wine or make a cocktail (like this one pictured), then check out Risata Wines!

Pick up some Risata Raven and try the New York Sour Fizz! It’s surprisingly easy-to-make and is a great balance between sweet and sour. Plus, it looks so beautiful with the contrasting colors and the creme-like frothiness from the egg white.
