The New York Sour Fizz is made with whiskey, lemon, egg white and sparkling red wine for a fun twist on a classic New York Sour.

rye whiskey

oz
maple syrup

fresh lemon juice

egg white

Risata Raven
lemon twist & mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
Add rye whiskey, maple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice).
Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Slowly pour Risata Raven over a spoon to float it on the cocktail. Garnish with mint and a lemon twist.
