Start by preparing the Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey. Remove all marshmallows except the green ones and cereal, and combine with Irish whiskey to infuse. After 20-30 minutes, strain the whiskey, discarding the solids.
Next, use a butter knife to spread frosting along the rim of a cocktail glass. Then adorn the rim with Lucky Charms marshmallows.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey, Baileys Irish Cream, matcha powder, and ice. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass before enjoying!
