Lucky Charming Martini
Celebrate St. Patty's Day with the Lucky Charming Martini! Featuring Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey, Baileys Irish Cream, matcha powder, and topped with a frosting and Lucky Charms marshmallow rim.
Ingredients
Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey
- 1 cup Irish whiskey
- 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal
Lucky Charming Martini
- 1 1/2 oz Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey
- 1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- Frosting, for rim
- Lucky Charms cereal marshmallow, for rim
Instructions
Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey
- Remove all marshmallows except the green marshmallows so only the cereal and green marshmallows remain
- Add to a jar with Irish whiskey.
- Seal and infuse for 20-30 minutes.
- Strain, discarding solids.
Lucky Charming Martini
- Prepare Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey.
- Use a butter knife to spread frosting along the rim of a cocktail glass. Place Lucky Charms marshmallows around the rim of the glass.
- Add Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey, Baileys, matcha and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
- Strain cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
