Cranberry Spritz Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic Aperol Spritz)
If you love an Aperol spritz, then this is the mocktail version for you, and it is just as good! The cranberry and booze-free aperitif are the most incredible duo. The club soda lightens everything up.
The garnishes are optional, but they add some festive frills. I love the way the sugar twinkles on the rosemary sprigs and cranberries – so pretty!
Recipe Ingredients
- Cranberry juice: I used a cranberry juice cocktail, which is sweetened. If you use 100% cranberry juice, you may need to sweeten it with a sweetener like agave or maple syrup.
- Wilderton Bittersweet Aperitivo: I used Wilderton. Feel free to replace it with another non-alcoholic aperitif – you may need to adjust the quantity based on the bitterness and sweetness. 100% pomegranate juice is a nice substitution if you don’t have a non-alcoholic aperitif on hand.
- Club soda: Use chilled club soda, seltzer or sparkling water.
- Sugared cranberries: Make them fresh by coating cranberries in sugar syrup and rolling them in granulated sugar. Store-bought are great, too.
- Sugared rosemary: Dip rosemary sprigs in sugar syrup, then sprinkle with sugar for a frosty appearance to garnish your Aperol spritz mocktail.

Sipping Tips & FAQs
Chill your ingredients: Make sure the cranberry juice, Wilderton Bittersweet Aperitivo, and club soda are well chilled before mixing – this will give you the freshest taste.
Perfect garnishes: Prepare sugared cranberries and rosemary ahead of time to allow them to set correctly. Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
Customize sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter mocktail, add a simple syrup splash or some maple or agave syrup.
Can I make this mocktail ahead of time?
It’s best to mix the drink just before serving to preserve the fizz from the club soda. You can prep the juice and Aperitivo blend in advance and add club soda right before serving.
Is this drink suitable for kids?
The mocktail is non-alcoholic but bitter. For a kid friendly version, swap the non-alcoholic apertif for pomegranate juice and sweeten to your liking!
