Let’s mix up the Lavender Love Cocktail! Start by combining sugar, dried lavender, and lemon zest on a shallow plate. Coat the cocktail glass rim with lemon juice so the sugar mix can stick. Then submerge the cocktail glass in sugar mix to coat the rim.
For the cocktail, add Empress 1908 Gin, lemon, lavender syrup, vanilla extract, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Then shake until the outside of the shaker chilled. Next, strain the mixture into the cocktail glass you prepared with the rim. Finally, top that with lemon sparkling water. If desired, you can garnish with a lemon slice and lavender.
