Lavender Love Cocktail
This Lavender Love Cocktail is made with Empress 1908 Gin, lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, vanilla extract, and lemon sparkling water for a refreshing, floral cocktail.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz lavender syrup
- Dash vanilla extract
- ¼ cup lemon sparkling water
- Garnish: lemon slice, lavender
For the rim:
- ½ tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp dried lavender
- zest of 1 small lemon
Instructions
- Combine sugar, dried lavender and lemon zest on a shallow plate. Coat cocktail glass rim with lemon juice. Submerge in sugar mix to coat the rim.
- Add Empress 1908 Gin, lemon, lavender syrup, vanilla extract and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.
- Strain mixture into prepared cocktail glass. Top with lemon sparkling water.
- If desired, garnish with a lemon slice and lavender.
