What do you want me to make next? 👇 episode 1 of What do you want me to make next? 👇

episode 1 of ✨barely buzzed✨ my new series where I make low and no alcohol cocktails that are pretty and delicious!

first up is the most luxurious lower alcohol cocktail, my CREAMY LIMONCELLO COCKTAIL made with charred lemons 🍋. make sure to give it a good shake and depending on your limoncello choice it has a little more than half the alcohol of a class marg but still so much dimension in flavor.

CREAMY LIMONCELLO COCKTAIL
◻️ ¾ oz charred lemon juice
◻️ 1 ½ oz limoncello
◻️ 1 heaping tsp plain greek yogurt
◻️ 1 1/2 oz coconut water (optional)
◻️ Pinch sea salt
◻️ Dash pure vanilla extract
◻️ Sugar and lemon zest, for rim
◻️ Sage and charred lemon slice, for garnish

1. Prepare glass - combine sugar and lemon zest on a shallow dish. Moisten the rim of the glass with citrus or honey. Dip in sugar mixture until rim is coated.
2. To a cocktail shaker - Add charred lemon juice, limoncello, yogurt, coconut water (if you’re using), sea salt, vanilla extract and ice. Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds. You really want to combine the yogurt and have a good amount of dilution take place.
3. Strain into your prepared glass over crushed ice. If desired, garnish with sage and a charred lemon slice.
A lot has changed since I started The Social Sippe A lot has changed since I started The Social Sipper in 2018.

Back then, you probably wouldn’t find me at a social event without a drink in hand.

But now, I’m a mom to an infant and toddler and I’ve pretty much been pregnant or breastfeeding for the last 4 years... so drinking looks a little different these days.

And I know I’m not the only one who’s sipping a little lighter and slower.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m still your cocktail girly 🙋🏻‍♀️. But if you’re drinking a little less, I’ll be sharing more for you, too, starting with my new series Barely Buzzed, where I’ll mix up pretty and delicious low and no alcohol cocktails!

So if you’re new around here, welcome! And if you’ve been following for a while, I promise to keep sharing pretty, approachable drinks for whatever season of life you’re in or occasion you’re celebrating.

I’m so grateful you’re here! Happy sipping 🥂

these champagne jello shots are going to be the li these champagne jello shots are going to be the life of your NYE party 🥂✨

CHAMPAGNE JELLO SHOTS
◻️ 1 750 ml bottle champagne or prosecco, divided
◻️ 1/2 cup sugar
◻️ 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (approximately 1 oz or 4 tbsp)
◻️ Gold sprinkles, optional for serving

1. To a mixing bowl - Add 1 cup of champagne. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the champagne. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until spongy.
2. In the meantime, heat 1 cup of champagne in a small saucepan over low heat. Gently warm the champagne for 3 to 5 minutes until it is just heated, but avoid simmering or boiling.
3. Add the warm champagne and sugar to the mixing bowl with the gelatin and whisk until completely dissolved, around 3 minutes. Add the remaining 1 cup of champagne and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to a lightly oiled 9x9 baking pan.
4. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm. Once set, run a knife around the edge of the pan to release it. Gently flip it out onto a cutting board. Cut into 16 squares. If desired, sprinkle with gold sprinkles. Enjoy immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
