Raspberry Moscow Mule with Mint
We’re constantly stocked with berries for our toddler, so berry cocktails like the Florecita (raspberry and tequila cocktail), Strawberry White Wine Spritzer, and Blackberry Lavender Cocktail have been favorites in our household. And now the Raspberry Mint Moscow Mule has entered the rotation!
The Raspberry Mint Moscow Mule is incredibly refreshing, with a little spiciness that balances beautifully with the brightness of muddled raspberries and mint.
I love that mules are so simple to make (no shaking required). My only downside is that ginger beer can be a bit too sweet for me. This recipe is great because it lets you dial down the ginger beer by adding sparkling water if you prefer a less sweet drink. It is also so easy to make. You’ll have it ready in 5 minutes – perfect for last-minute mixing.

Recipe Ingredients
- Raspberries: For the drink and garnish.
- Mint leaves: Don’t skip the fresh mint in this recipe.
- Lime: You’ll need fresh lime juice plus a lime wheel for garnish.
- Vodka: Pick your favorite high quality vodka. I used Tito’s Vodka.
- Ginger beer: I love Q Mixers.
- Club soda or sparkling water: Any club soda or sparkling water will work. I used LaCroix.

What is a Moscow Mule?
Traditionally, a Moscow mule includes vodka, ginger beer and live juice. It is served in a copper mug, giving the cocktail its iconic look. The copper mug is also designed to keep the drink chilled. The copper frosts up and holds the chill for longer than glass.

Sipping Tips & FAQs
How can I turn this into a mocktail mule?
Keep the recipe and ingredients the same and skip the vodka or replace with a non-alcoholic vodka.
Can I make this recipe ahead of time?
Yes, partially. You can make up the raspberry and lime juice mixture and keep that in the fridge. Add the mint to muddle just before serving, as it will turn black if left to stand. Add the rest of the ingredients, and you’re ready to go!
Can I use other berries in this recipe?
Yes, you can use ripe strawberries. They will be a touch sweeter but still delicious.
Can I turn this recipe into a bigger batch?
Yup! You’ll just need to multiply the recipe by the number of servings you’re after.
