Celebrate Mother’s Day with 5 Garden Party Drinks!
What better to celebrate Mother’s Day than with a beautiful garden party filled with delicious food, great company, and of course, the BEST drinks!
This year, I’m crafting up these delightful garden-inspired cocktails and mocktails. From floral and citrusy to herbal and refreshing, there’s a drink for every mom!
This vibrant twist on the classic French 75 is as beautiful as it is delicious. Freshly squeezed carrot juice adds a touch of sweetness and earthiness, while gin and lemon juice provide a delightful balance. This may be topped with champagne, but it’s no ordinary mimosa! (Pro tip: For a richer color, use orange juice instead of carrot juice.)
This refreshing cocktail is infused with the cool essence of cucumber, and is perfect for a crowd! Tequila, and agave nectar create a bright base, while muddled cucumber, basil, and lime add an herbal freshness. Sparkling water keeps it light and bubbly, making it perfect for hosting Mother’s Day brunch!
Celebrating moms is easy with this stunning and refreshing mocktail! Sparkling water and floral elderflower liqueur create a base of delicate fizz, while lemon juice and simple syrup add a hint of sweet and tart. Garnish with an edible flower for sips that can be enjoyed by anyone!
Feeling floral? This sophisticated sour is perfect for the Mom who enjoys a well-crafted drink. Gin and fresh lemon juice make the classic base, infused with the delicate floral notes of elderflower liqueur. An optional egg white creates a beautiful frothy top, making this drink as delightful to look at as it is to sip. For an extra touch of elegance, garnish with a lemon twist and dried flowers.
This bright and refreshing cocktail is bursting with the flavors of summer! Fresh basil leaves beautifully complement the sweetness of Limoncello – a sweet lemon liqueur. Vodka adds a touch of smoothness, while simple syrup balances the sweetness. Garnish with a sprig of basil for an Insta-worthy bev!
