The Empress Cranberry Sparkler brings together the botanical complexity of Empress 1908 Gin, the sweetness of cranberry juice, the zestiness of fresh lemon, and a hint of pure vanilla extract. I used cranberry juice cocktail which is sweeter than 100% cranberry juice. If you use 100% cranberry juice, you may need to add more simple syrup. Topped with prosecco, this libation is not only a total party in every sip, but is beautiful with its indigo hue – a signature touch from Empress 1908 Gin.
This recipe comes together in a snap, and took only me 5 minutes to prepare. Whether you’re hosting a holiday party or enjoying a relaxing evening, the Empress Cranberry Sparkler is perfect for toasting to the holiday season!

To create a non-alcoholic version, omit the Empress 1908 Gin and prosecco. Increase the quantity of cranberry juice, add a splash of sparkling water, and adjust the simple syrup to taste. You’ll still enjoy the flavors with a refreshing twist.

If you don’t have prosecco on hand, you can substitute it with another sparkling wine or champagne. Choose a dry sparkling option to maintain the balance of flavors in the Empress Cranberry Sparkler.
