Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 oz prosecco
  • Garnish: Sugared cranberries, rosemary, lemon twist

Instructions
 

  • Add cranberry juice, simple syrup, lemon juice and vanilla extract to a cocktail glass and stir. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add prosecco.
  • Slowly pour Empress Gin 1908 into the glass, creating a layer over the drink. If desired, garnish with a pick of sugared cranberries, rosemary and a lemon twist.
