Creamy Blood Orange Mocktail

Crushing a 75 or 30 hard challenge? I’ve been hooked on these challenges flooding my feed, and I’m dying to hear how yours is going! While you’re pushing through any goals, treat yourself with a Creamy Blood Orange Mocktail – a quick, tasty drink that fits right into your health journey.

Collagen water has been having its moment, so mixing it into this non-alcoholic bev was a no brainer! If you’re vegan or vegetarian, you’ll want to skip this ingredient since it comes from animal sources. Pure vanilla extract and agave balance out the tartness of the blood orange juice and Greek yogurt. Feel free to use honey, simple syrup, or another sweetener if you prefer. Perfect for an easy refreshment, this mocktail is a burst of flavor in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients for the Creamy Blood Orange Mocktail

  • Blood Orange: Freshly juiced for a burst of citrusy flavor and gorgeous hue. Feel free to sub with clementines or tangerines.
  • Lemon Collagen Water: Packed with collagen goodness to support healthy joints, nails, hair and skin. I used Vital Proteins.
  • Plain Greek Yogurt: Adds a tart creaminess. I recommend whole milk for a more velvety texture, but reduced or no fat works as well.
  • Agave: Provides natural sweetness to balance the drink. You can also use honey, maple syrup, or simple syrup.
  • Pure Vanilla Extract: Infuses a warm aroma. I like Rodelle Pure Vanilla Extract.
  • Blood Orange Slice, Edible Flower: For a vibrant garnish to tie it all together! I got my edible flowers from Gourmet Sweet Botanicals.
