I’m obsessed with this super simple recipe. We’re hosting Thanksgiving this year, and I’m definitely going to make these along with my Moscow Mule Sangria. I think they’ll be perfect for watching football and the parade!
I love this recipe for hosting because it’s so easy to make multiple drinks at one time. You could also set out the ingredients and let your guests make their own.

Classically, mimosas are a cocktail made with a mix of sparkling wine (Champagne or prosecco) and fruit juice. You’ll typically find them made with fresh orange juice.
They are known to be light, bubbly, and refreshing. This is what makes them a such a popular brunch and celebration drink. They’re also really easy to customize.
Chill your ingredients: Make sure the prosecco and apple juice are well-chilled before mixing to keep the drink refreshing.
Prep your garnish: If you’re making a batch of these for a gathering, prep the apple slices and soak them in lemon water. This prevents browning.
Adjust sweetness: If you prefer less sweetness, opt for a drier sparkling wine, minimize the apple juice or reduce the amount of caramel sauce.
How far in advance can I prepare these?
These are best made fresh to keep the bubbles intact. Having said that, you can prepare the apple slices and rimmed glasses ahead of time for quicker assembly.
