Easter Cocktail: The Boozy Bunny Cocktail

Ingredients for the Boozy Bunny Cocktail

  • Chocolate Easter bunny: Nothing says Easter quite like a chocolate bunny and this year we stepping it up by using it as a vessel for this cocktail. I picked up a chocolate bunny from my local grocery store, but something like this will work great!
  • Cold brew: Add in a splash of your favorite cold brew concentrate. I recommend using SToK Cold Brew Coffee or Chameleon Cold Brew which can either be found in stores or online.
  • Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur: Add in some sweetness with the decadent and 30-proof Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, You can pick it up from your grocery storr or order it here
  • Kahlua: For this cocktail, I used Kahlua which gives the perfect balance of that delicious, mellow coffee taste.
  • Edible flower, mint sprig: Garnish this Easter cocktail with an edible flower from Gourmet Sweet Botanicals and mint spring. This step is optional but highly encouraged.

How to Make the Boozy Bunny Cocktail

Carefully cut the top off a chocolate bunny using a sharp knife. Don’t worry if it’s not perfect, it will still taste amazing. Next, add the cold brew, Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, Kahlua and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker is chilled.

Then, strain into a liquid measuring cup and carefully pour the mixture into the body of the chocolate bunny. Serve with a straw. If desired, garnish with a mint sprig and edible flower. Cheers and hoppy Easter!
