Jump to RecipeAs an essential brunch beverage for me, the Bloody Mary gets kicked up a notch with this spicy and tangy remix. This isn’t your typical Bloody Mary – it’s a vibrant, savory combo of zesty pickle brine, vibrant tomato, and a hint of heat. I love using Natalie’s Juice because it’s clean and pure—no preservatives, no artificial ingredients, no added sugar, and no GMOs.
Paired with premium vodka, horseradish, and dashes of hot sauce and Worcestershire for added zest and umami, this cocktail has become my new brunch obsession!
If you’re not a fan of spicy drinks, you can customize the Spicy Pickle Bloody Mary to your preferred level of heat by dialing down the amount of hot sauce and horseradish. And no Bloody Mary is complete without a mini meal as a garnish. I used dill, basil, pickles, olives, baby tomatoes, and lemon, but have fun with your favorite garnishes!

This cocktail is as easy to make as it is delicious!
First, fill a glass with ice. Next, pour in Natalie’s Tomato Reishi Juice, pickle juice, vodka, horseradish, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Give it a good stir to combine all the flavors.
Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed. Get creative with your garnishes! Skewer a few pickles and olives, add a sprig of dill and basil, and finish with a lemon wedge and a baby tomato. It’s almost too pretty to drink… almost!
Can I use any type of pickle juice?
Yes! Dill pickle brine is classic, but feel free to experiment with bread and butter pickles or even spicy pickle juice for an extra kick.
Is this cocktail spicy?
The heat level is totally customizable. Start with a few dashes of hot sauce and adjust to your liking.
Can I make a big batch?
Definitely! Simply multiply the ingredients to make a pitcher. It’s the perfect drink to share with brunch besties.
What can I use instead of Worcestershire sauce?
If you don’t have Worcestershire sauce on hand, you can substitute soy sauce or even a dash of balsamic vinegar for a different flavor profile.
