Spicy Guava Mockarita (makes 1)
◻️ 2 slices jalapeno, plus more for garnish
◻️ 3/4 oz lime juice
◻️ 2 1/2 oz guava juice
◻️ 1/4 oz coconut milk
◻️ 1/3 cup LaCroix Guava São Paolo
◻️ Chili lime seasoning, for rim
◻️ Edible flower, lime, for garnish

1. Add chili lime seasoning to a shallow dish. Use a lime slice to rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice. Dip in seasoning until the rim is coated. 
2. Add jalapeno and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add guava juice, coconut milk and ice. Shake until chilled.
3. Strain into prepared glass over fresh ice. Add LaCroix Guava São Paolo. If desired, garnish with jalapeno, lime and edible flowers.

Empress Firecracker Cooler
◻️1/4 cup berries
◻️1/3 cup coconut water
◻️1 ½ oz Empress Gin
◻️Lemon wedge
◻️Garnish: berries, edible flower

1. Add berries to a collins glass and muddle until broken down. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add coconut water.
2. Slowly pour in Empress Gin, creating a layer above the coconut water. Garnish with berries and an edible flower. 
3. When ready to enjoy, squeeze in a wedge of lemon and stir the cocktail together.
these sweet lemon granita cups & being poolside 🍋 💦

sweet lemon granita (makes 4-6)
◻️ 1 can LaCroix Sunshine
◻️ 3 tbsp lemon juice
◻️ 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
◻️ 1/2 cup coconut water
◻️ 2 tbsp honey (mixed with 2 tbsp hot water)
◻️ 4 large lemons, optional for serving
◻️ Garnish: mint, edible flowers

1. Add LaCroix Sunshine, lemon juice, orange juice, coconut water and diluted honey to a shallow container or baking dish. Stir to combine.
2. Cover and freeze. Every 30 minutes to 1 hour, use a fork to stir and break apart frozen parts. Continue until the mixture is frozen and no longer wet, approximately 4 hours. 
3. For lemon cups: Cut off the top of the lemons and remove a thin slice from the bottom,  so they sit flat. Use a paring knife to cut around the fruit and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh.
4. Fill cups with the granita mixture. If desired, garnish with mint and edible flowers. Enjoy immediately.
it’s feeling like it was time to bring back my c it’s feeling like it was time to bring back my creamy mojito limeade 🌿

we just planted mint plants that we will inevitably kill in the near future so making alllll the mojitos in the meantime.

creamy mojito limeade (makes 3-4)
◻️ 2 limes, plus more for garnish
◻️ 3 cups water
◻️ 4 oz white rum
◻️ 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
◻️ 1 cup ice
◻️ 10 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
◻️ Sugar and lime zest, for rim

1. Wash limes. Cut off the ends and cut into 8 wedges.
2. Add lime wedges and water to a blender and blend for 10 seconds. Strain out solids and return the liquid to the blender. 
3. Add rum, condensed milk and ice and blend until smooth. Add mint and blend, pulsing until mint is just broken down. 
4. Prepare cocktail glasses with a rim. Add 1/2 tbsp sugar and lime zest to a shallow dish and stir to combine. Coat the rim of each glass with lime juice, then dip in the sugar mixture until coated.
5. Fill prepared glasses with ice. Divide the cocktail into the glasses. If desired, garnish with mint and lime slices.

we’ve been getting the best melons in our farm box🍈, so i had to make a spritz!

swap for elderflower cordial and non-alcoholic prosecco (@mionettoproseccousa has the best one) to make the mocktail version!

cantaloupe hugo spritz
◻️ 1 mint sprig (6-8 mint leaves), plus more for garnish
◻️ 1 oz elderflower liqueur
◻️ 3/4 oz cantaloupe puree
◻️ 3 oz prosecco
◻️ Lime wedge, for serving
◻️ Cantaloupe, for garnish
◻️ Edible Flowers, for garnish 

1. Fill a wine glass with ice. Add mint leaves and elderflower liqueur. Gently muddle to release oils from mint. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. 
2. Fill the glass with ice. Add cantaloupe puree and prosecco and stir to combine. Serve with a lime wedge. If desired, garnish with cantaloupe and edible flowers.
