hugo spritz + matcha = EMERALD CITY SPRITZ 🩷 💚

this spritz will change you for good. it’s fresh, bubbly, and perfectly wicked!

ELPHABA’S EMERALD CITY SPRITZ
◻️ 2 mint sprigs, plus more for garnish
◻️ ¾ oz elderflower liqueur 
◻️ 4 oz prosecco
◻️ 1 oz sparkling water
◻️ 1-2 oz matcha
◻️ Edible glitter

1. Prepare matcha with water. Allow to cool.
2. To a wine glass - add the leaves from 2 mint sprigs and elderflower liqueur. Gently muddle, being careful not to tear the mint apart. Allow to infuse together for 2-3 minutes.
3. Fill the glass with ice. Add prosecco, sparkling water, matcha and edible glitter. Stir to combine.
4. If desired, garnish with mint and a broomstick.

◻️ 2 oz vodka
◻️ 3/4 oz rosemary syrup
◻️ 1/2 oz lemon juice
◻️ 4 oz club soda
◻️ Optional: dash edible glitter

1. Add vodka, rosemary syrup, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Add club soda to mixer and swirl around.
2. Strain mixture into cocktail glass over ice.

◻️ 2 oz pear vodka, like Grey Goose La Poire
◻️ 1 oz elderflower liqueur
◻️ 3/4 oz lemon juice
◻️ Pear slice, for garnish
◻️ Fresh thyme, for garnish

1. To a cocktail shaker - Add pear vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and ice. Shake for 30 seconds, until the cocktail is well chilled.
2. Strain into a martini glass. If desired, garnish with pear and thyme sprigs.

1. To a glass - add pumpkin ice cream, espresso and coffee liqueur. Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

◻️ Dried rose, for garnish
◻️ Dehydrated grapefruit, for garnish

1. To a cocktail shaker - add Waterloo Prickly Pear & Rose Gin, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, lemon juice, egg white and ice. Shake until well chilled.
2. Remove ice and dry shake vigorously until foamy. Pour into a cocktail glass. 
3. If desired, garnish with dried rose and dehydrated grapefruit.

◽️ White cotton candy 
◽️ Edible orange luster dust
◽️ Black decorating gel icing

Ghost Glitter Bomb
1. Use your fingers to mold the cotton candy into a ghost or bell shape. Leave the bottom slightly hollowed out and allow excess cotton candy to hang on the bottom. 
2. Add a small scoop of edible luster dust to the hollowed center. Use your fingers to compress the excess cotton candy and seal the luster dust in.
3. Use a black decorating gel icing tube with a small tip to draw 3 circles on the ghost - 2 eyes and a mouth.
