I partnered with IL Tramonto to mix up this recipe. Recipe and ideas are my own.
The Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail was inspired by those hot and humid summer days where all you want to do is eat popsicles and drink ice-cold lemonade to cool down from the outside temperatures.
This refreshing mixed drink combines some of the best ingredients like IL Tramonto Limoncello, gin, raspberries, lemon juice, simple syrup, and sparkling water. I love this cocktail for its simplicity. But don’t be fooled, this libation packs a lot of flavor into one glass! P.S don’t forget to share it with a friend because this recipe makes two servings!
I love adding limoncello to a cocktail with vodka or gin for a burst of citrus! But, limoncello is a multi-functional liqueur that is typically served in a chilled shot glass as an aperitif or a digestif, which means it can be enjoyed before or after a meal.
If you’re all about using limoncello in mixed drinks, then the Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail may be your new favorite drink this summer. It includes some of my favorite ingredients and cocktail elements, including limoncello (which always reminds me of summertime in Italy), fresh raspberries, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
So, if you’ve been curious about using limoncello, then you have to try my preferred brand of IL Tramonto Limoncello! It’s a simple way to elevate any beverage!
The Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail is a relatively simple sipper to make. Just mix together a few ingredients, most of which you may already have in your kitchen or bar cart!
The Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail is quite simple to make and since it’s an ode to the hot, summer days you’ll want to keep this recipe handy within the next few months.
Start by adding your fresh raspberries to 2 cocktail glasses and muddling until completely broken down. You’ll want to create a jam-like texture before adding any other ingredients. Once you’ve muddled the raspberries, add ice halfway to each glass.
Then in a cocktail shaker, add in your IL Tramonto Limoncello, your preferred brand of gin (I like using Hendricks Gin), a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and some simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until the outside is chilled. Finally, strain the mixture into the 2 prepared cocktail glasses and top with a splash of sparkling water!
