One drink that I always enjoy making is a sour, and although this mixed drink can be a labor of love with all the shaking, it’s so worth it! If you’re unfamiliar with the components of a sour cocktail, it’s composed of a base liquor, citrus, sweetener, and egg white for the foamy top you see pictured.
These are definitely my favorite elements of a cocktail because I love the tart taste from the citrus balanced with a sweetness and the light and airy texture from the egg white, and right now is the perfect time to make all the sours!
