Spritzy Tart Cherry Juice Mocktail
The Spritzy Tart Cherry Juice Mocktail is so quick and easy to make! Made with tart cherry juice, sparkling water, bitters and olive juice, this simple non-alcoholic spritz is the perfect alternative to an Aperol Spritz.
If you’re looking for other spritz substitutes, you’ll also want to try my Non-Alcoholic Fall Hugo Spritz (Sparkling Apple Mocktail) and Grapefruit Rose Mocktail Spritz.

I love the ease of spritzes and spritzers when the weather warms up. They’re so simple to make with just a few ingredients, mixed right in the glass and you don’t need to precisely measure ingredients. This Spritzy Tart Cherry Juice Mocktail is no different. The sweetness and tartness from the tart cherry juice is perfectly complemented by a touch of bitterness and saltiness from the addition of orange bitters and some olive juice. This spritz comes together in about 2 minutes and it’s reminiscent of a Lambrusco Spritz.
Recipe Ingredients
See the recipe card for quantities.
- Tart cherry juice: You’ll want 100% juice. This can usually be found in the juice aisle.
- Citrus sparkling water: I used LaCroix Limoncello but any sparkling water or seltzer will work.
- Non-alcoholic orange bitters: Standard orange bitters can be used in mocktails as well but if you want your drink to be 100% alcohol free, go for a non-alcoholic one like All The Bitter.
- Olives and olive brine: Castelvetrano olives are my favorite!
- Grapefruit slice, edible flower: Optional for garnish.
