Gin and Grapefruit Popsicles

As the heat intensifies, so does our desire to have something light, refreshing and – most importantly – cold. If you’re wondering what will cure this craving, give these Empress Gin Popsicles a try! They aren’t just any popsicles either, they’re booze-infused! Made with a little bit of liquid magic called gin!

The specialty gin we used is Empress 1908 Gin, which is a hand-crafted spirit from British Columbia, Canada. The premium flavor is derived from eight botanicals – juniper, rose, coriander seed, grapefruit peel, ginger root, cinnamon bark, butterfly pea blossoms and the Fairmont Empress Blend Tea, which makes each and every bottle have fantastic flavor.

Empress 1908 Gin is an all-natural and gluten-free liquor, so feel free to mix it with some fun ingredients to create some delicious recipes!

Being an adult isn’t so bad. You can still have all the fun of eating a popsicle like you did as a kid with the extra kick of gin!
