If you haven’t been able to make the perfect Ramos Gin Fizz, I highly recommend a tall narrow glass and the below technique. This is the first time I was able to make the foam so perfect!

Not Quite Ramos Peach Fizz

Ingredients
 

  • 2 oz gin
  • ¾ oz peach syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ oz cream
  • 1 oz club soda

Instructions
 

  • Combine everything but the club soda and cream in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 3-4 minutes. Add 2 ice cubes and shake until both cubes melt. Add cream and shake for 10 more seconds. Prepare a glass with club soda in it. Slowly pour the peach and gin mix into your glass without using a strainer. Voila!
