Minty Kiwi Mocktail
The Minty Kiwi Mocktail recipe post was made in partnership with True Lemon. Recipe and ideas are my own.
Now is the perfect time to make all of your citrus recipes and that includes cocktails too! I LOVE adding citrus to my cocktails and mocktails because it adds the perfect amount of acidity and tartness. Whether you’re a fan of lemons, limes, oranges, blood oranges, or grapefruit, everything is in season and ready to be used however you creatively choose!
In our house, lemons are definitely the citrus of choice. I use lemons daily whether that’s in my green tea or whiskey sour and I always try to keep my fruit bowl stocked with lemons. But when I’m running low or I’m on the go, I enjoy substituting fresh lemons for True Lemon’s packets to give my drink the perfect amount of citrus flavoring.
For the Minty Kiwi Mocktail, I poured in one packet of True Lemon’s Fruit Infusions Lemon Mint Water Enhancer with some fresh kiwi, simple syrup, and sparkling water, but you can enjoy it with some of True Lemon’s other flavors as well which you can check out here!
If you love your spa water and want to enjoy it on the go, I highly recommend True Lemon’s Fruit Infusions Lemon Mint Water Enhancer. It’s super easy to throw in your purse or keep on hand for whenever you want to enjoy lemon in whatever you’re sipping on. I’m a fan because it’s made with only three non-GMO ingredients including organic lemon juice and oils. And each single-serve packet delivers the taste of lemon mint-infused water without any calories or sugar.
Save this mocktail if you’re participating in Dry January or check out some of my other favorite recipes that use citrus juices, like the Oolong Tea Moonshine Hot Toddy or the Sparkling Citrus Rosé Granita for an icy treat!
