Christmas Cookie Gin Fizz

Christmas Cookie Gin Fizz

The Christmas Cookie Gin Fizz recipe post was made in partnership with Greenall’s Gin. Recipe and ideas are my own.

Christmas Cookie Gin Fizz

One of my favorite activities during the holiday season is making Christmas cookies! It reminds me of when I was younger and my family and I were crowded in the kitchen, helping each other bake cookies. I think about these memories every holiday season and it always inspires me to get back in the kitchen and bake some of my favorites, like Italian wedding cookies and sugar cookies!

This year, I decided to make a few batches and as I was finishing up the final touches on the sugar cookies, I was inspired (and maybe a little energized from all sugar) to make a Christmas cookie cocktail! Something that I knew I would want a few of, but that’s sweet and light too!

Christmas Cookie Gin Fizz

Cue the Christmas Cookie Gin Fizz! This riff on a classic ramos gin fizz is the best of both worlds – a cookie and a cocktail! And honestly, is there a better combination?! I don’t think so… Although this cocktail doesn’t include creamy frosting, which is arguably the best part of the cookie, I did make sure to put in some of my other favorite ingredients like fresh lemon juice, sprinkles, and Greenall’s Gin!

I’m excited to partner with Greenall’s Gin and use their classic, award-winning London Dry Gin in the Christmas Cookie Gin Fizz. This gin embodies quality through its natural flavors and zero sugar, making sure to use the best botanicals for a premium taste. And Greenall’s Gin isn’t new to this game, they’ve perfected a timeless spirit since 1761. With over 250 years of distilling experience in the European market, they have finally launched in the United States! Check out their London Dry Gin or their range of other exciting spirits!
